We use a proprietary blend of Arabica coffee beans that are imported from exotic locations around the globe including, Papua New Guinea, Brazil, and Colombia, then they are roasted locally, date stamped and then shipped directly to your office. This blend makes the most well-rounded, balanced and bold coffee to appease any pallet.

Yes, we setup the machine in your office, show the staff how to makes coffees, although it is a simple 1-touch button. If for whatever reason you decide to not continue with the service we will come back, pack up and leave without even sending an invoice. We want the staff to want to try all the different options.

We use Jura premium coffee machines, 1-gallon milk refrigerator, unlimited coffee beans, cocoa powder, cinnamon powder and bi-weekly cleaning/descaling and restocking services.

Billing is done on a per cup basis, based on the number of coffees that were made. The per cup rate decreases as volume increases.

The cleaning frequency is determined by the use. Most offices need services bi-weekly.

At Florida Coffee Service we try to resolve any issues as fast as possible. If it is not a simple fix we will swap out the machine for a new one, free of charge.

Our beans are imported from Papua New Guinea, Brazil, and Colombia, then roasted in outside NYC, bagged, date-stamped and delivered straight to your office. Our professional blend is proprietary and blended to work with our coffee machines.

We service the machines every few hundred cups, which is usually every other week, but could be weekly for very busy clients. During the servicing we refill all the chocolate cocoa & cinnamon powder shakers and check the number of coffee bags in inventory. Coffee beans are scheduled to arrive the week before you need them to ensure you always have fresh beans in stock.

There are NO contracts, No long-term Commitments .. ever. A customer should never be locked into a contract that is not mutually beneficial. Should you need to cancel, just let us know, we will pick-up the equipment and bill for the coffees consumed since your last invoice. That’s it.

We provide professional Jura Coffee systems, and milk refrigerators at no cost. There are no rental fees.

We use a “just-in-time” method of coffee delivery. This way the client is always getting the freshest coffee. Coffee is roasted at out facility outside NYC, it’s air bagged, date-stamped and shipped on demand.

Yes, we can rush you coffee beans if you suddenly has a rise in coffee usage, or are planning a convention or company-wide meeting. In addition, if you are aware of a need in advance, we can increase the regular delivery quantity or delivery frequency too.

Invoices are sent out every 4 weeks. Invoices can be paid via Credit Card, ACH or Check. Payments can be made on the portal, via the emailed invoices or directly from Accounts Payable.

We offer a wide variety of coffee options and strengths. Americano Coffee, Espresso, Cafe Con Leche, Cappuccino, Macchiato, Latte, Flat White, Cafe Latte and more.The system uses a pre-programmed recipe for each option but the user has the ability to add more coffee (or use less), make the coffee stronger (or lighter), add more milk (or less milk) during each stage of the coffee process.

In continuing with the theme of quality products and freshness, we ONLY use real milk. We never use freeze dried flavored milk-fat powder. No true Cafe would serve that nor should your “Cafe in the Office”. Any type of milk works with the system: like oat, soy, almond, silk, goat or cow. However, we recommend using Lactaid milk only for the fact that they’re maybe someone with lactose intolerance in the office, plus the milk last weeks longer without lactose and there is no difference in taste. We do not provide the milk so the office choose what they prefer.

The Jura machine uses a bean-to-cup system, meaning the beans are poured into the top hopper and ground to make each individual cup. This ensures the coffee is the absolute freshest. The hopper also has a rubber seal to keep the beans fresh. We believe in recycling and do not use products that add to the plastic problem in the worlds oceans. K-Cups and Plastic Packets systems only add to this global issue. The grinds that are left behind in our system can be used in gardening and mulching.
